CSA PTA Communications Request Form

 

Use this form to submit announcements, reminders, events, photos, or other information you would like shared with our CSA PTA community. Submissions may be published in the:

  • PTA Weekly Newsletter
  • CSA PTA Social Media channels (IG and FB)
  • PTA Website
  • PTA Calendar (on csapta.org website)
  • PTA Announcement Only GroupMe

Deadlines for the various communication channels are as follows:

  • Newsletter: Updates are required by Sunday night at midnight for inclusion in that week's newsletter (newsletter is sent Tuesday at noon). 

  • Website: Updates require 1 week notice. Please note that if the webpage needs to be updated before the PTA newsletter is sent, content must be received by the prior Monday (e.g., 8 days before Newsletter publication). This ensures the website can be updated and any applicable links can be tested in the newsletter before publication.

  • Social Media / GroupMe / PTA Calendar: Content must be received at least 48 hours prior to communication date.

  • Please note that if you need help from the Graphic team creating an image or flyer, you should add 3 days to the minimum times above. Additionally, to request graphic assistance, please complete the Graphic Request Form first. After you have received your final graphic/flyer, you may complete this Communications Request Form (as you will need to upload the graphic when making the request).

Please provide complete details and any relevant links or images. Submissions may be edited for clarity, length, or formatting.

Website Updates

Define needed updates for the webpage. If additional information or content is required (beyond what can be explained in this section), please write website@csapta.org.

 

NOTE: If preferred, you can submit a picture of needed changes in the "Images and Files" below; our webmaster will reference when making updates. 






Images and Files

Please attach a PDF or JPG image that will be utilized in communications.

 

If you need assistance creating a Graphic or Flyer, please complete the Graphics Request Form first. Once you have your final graphic, you can come back to complete the Communication Request Form with your uploaded graphic. Please note, it can take up to three days to create your graphic or flyer, so please take this timing into consideration when making your request. 

 

Note that PDFs can only be shown when clicking to another page. If you want an image reflected on the webpage or newsletter, please make sure that you provide your image in JPG format.
