Welcome to the 2026-2027 Cornerstone Academy PTA BIG Form! This is your one stop shop to:

1) Join the PTA (Membership runs from 8/1/2026 - 7/31/2027)
2) Make Donations to our Family Underwriting Campaign, Sister Schools, and Staff Appreciation
3) Add your child's name to the School Marquee to celebrate his/her birthday


Why Join the CSA PTA? 

You belong in PTA! By joining you are able to benefit your child and help Cornerstone Academy. Additionally, the National PTA states that you can:

Why Donate? 

We rely heavily on the Family Underwriting Campaign to continue funding CESITS, student field trips, classroom supplies, instructional materials, enrichment programs, scholarships for Cornerstone Academy alumni and much more. In fact, the PTA spends $400 per student to ensure Cornerstone Academy provides the opportunities that make our school so special! Due to budget cuts at the state level, the district continues to make campus budget cuts, and our PTA will be stepping in to fill the gaps. Every dollar makes a difference!

 

This year, there are various Family Donor Levels that include benefits and recognition. See below for more information about each level.

 

Additionally, donations of $250+ will receive a receipt via email for tax purposes (Cornerstone Academy PTA is a registered 501(C)(3) Non-Profit Organization: Tax ID #76-0580994, and your donation is tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law). 

 

**Family Underwriting Benefit Level and associated thank-you gifts will be based on your donation total in all categories (as of Sept 30, 2026).

The Cornerstone Academy Underwriting Campaign and Auction/Carnival are the ONLY fundraisers for our PTA, so please consider donating today!

  • If you prefer to make a Family Underwriting Donation by check, please contact ways.and.means@csapta.org.

  • Check to see if your company offers Matching Gifts and double your impact! (Company contributions do not count toward advancement to the next donor recognition level).

 Staff Appreciation Donations
This donation will go explicitly toward teacher and staff appreciation and not toward the general PTA funds. CSA PTA hosts monthly staff appreciation events as well as holiday celebrations and teacher appreciation week activities. more

 Sister School Donations
This donation will go explicitly toward our sister schools: Academy of Choice (AOC) and Disciplinary Alternative Education Program (DAEP). more

Recognition & Thank-You Gifts

Recognition & Thank-You Gifts (This field is to be completed by those whose Total Donations toward the General PTA Fund, Sister Schools, and/or Staff Appreciation advances them to Cane's Lunch (Patron Level) and/or the Birthday Marquee (Benefactor Level), but they didn't already provide student information as part of their General PTA Fund Donation)

 

Please complete this field ONLY if:

1) Your donation TOTAL (from all donation categories) is greater than $250, AND

2) You did not already complete information about your student in the General PTA Fund selection (e.g., you earned a Cane's Day Lunch in Oct but have not yet completed information to receive it)

AND/OR

1) Your donation TOTAL (from all donation categories) is greater than $750, AND

2) You did not already complete information about your student in the General PTA Fund selection (e.g., you earned recognition for your child's birthday on the Marquee but have not yet completed information to receive it)
